NDs are trained in natural and alternative therapies, such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, and nutrition, as well as conventional medicine. They emphasize preventative medicine and treat the whole person, taking into account physical, emotional, and spiritual factors. NDs also aim to identify and treat the root cause of a patient's illness, rather than just treating symptoms.

Comes from three generations of Phoenix native entrepreneurs and after spending the last decade plus in TV Production and traveling the country on her converted greyhound bus with her sidekick, Edison, she knew it was time for a change and wanted to return home and help her community.
As someone who has always preferred alternative health solutions after suffering for years with Endometriosis and PCOS given only addictive pain medication as an option she began to utilize natural solutions for pain management that created a passion for natural medicine that continues to this day.
Edison is a Chinese Crested, Yorkie mix and selected Kristie to be his owner in November of 2019 at the pound in Lancaster, CA. We don't talk of his past since he's been reformed but he does roam the halls of the office. He is friendly, hypoallergenic, and will sniff your ankles while asking for treats. Sniff you soon!
