Independent Wellness Center is a naturopathic and integrative wellness clinic located at 1000 W. Apache Trail, Ste. 108, Apache Junction, AZ 85120. We provide in-person clinical services including hormone therapy, medical weight loss, IV therapy, naturopathic primary care, acupuncture, and related services. All services are provided in-person at our Apache Junction, AZ location only.

Scheduling an appointment through our Site or booking platform does not guarantee that a particular service will be provided. All services are subject to a clinical evaluation by our licensed naturopathic physician to determine whether they are appropriate for your individual health needs. We reserve the right to decline to provide services at our professional discretion.

Prescription medications, including GLP-1 therapies and hormone therapy, require a valid patient-provider relationship and a prescription from a licensed provider following an in-person clinical evaluation. These services are available to residents of Arizona only.

Results from any of our services, including medical weight loss and hormone therapy programs, are not guaranteed and will vary from person to person based on individual health factors, adherence to the program, lifestyle, and other variables. Testimonials and patient stories featured on this Site reflect individual experiences and are not necessarily representative of outcomes for all patients.
